Solution:
Whenever you do a firmware update to your printer, you run the risk of finding a non original cartridge from not working. The quality of our ink is fantastic and economical, but unfortunately we can't stay ahead of the software updates so its only a matter of time before your printer deems the ink invalid.
We have heard some customers successfully use this particular software to get around it.
